If you would like to have your short story published on The Vandal, there are just a few criteria.
- The word count must be no longer than 2,000 words and at least 1,000 words.
- It must be suitable for a wide demographic range, so no ‘adult themes’ or course language.
- It cannot be material already published.
- However, material that has been published on your own blog or website only is acceptable.
- Each story must have an image. One source of images that can be used without infringing copyright is www.morguefile.com
- Grammar, spelling and punctuation of course, must be checked and of a high standard.
- Each post will carry the authors name and one link to either a website or blog. (Sorry. No links to an Amazon book page.)
- Submissions will be published, subject to approval, in the order they are received.
