Just when you think you’ve got your bearings, Kelly Fordon’s poems tilt the floor.

Across the street, a woman/ sits on the patio with her back/ to the sun. All you can see is the/ round white globe of her skull./ She is having some trouble with/ her insides. If you could speak/ you would ask her about the/ people she swallowed. – excerpt, “The Great Divide”

In Fordon’s world there is no black and white, only shades of gray across the emotional and moral landscape, as in the prose poem where she addresses “The Monster in the Mirror:”

Well, you are a very small monster. I have to give you that. It’s a big world and I wish I had a little rhinestone suitcase. Then I could carry you around like a miniature poodle. –excerpt, “The Monster in the Mirror”

The Lightbearers

The Lightbearers is about an ancient Egyptian King & Queen who have been reincarnating together for the past 3300 years. As Lightbearers, their mission is to be guardians of the human race and I have ascribed the powers of astral projection, psycho-kinesis and telepathy. They were mentored by another Lightbearer – a being from a more advanced civilization.

They must try and influence anyone whose path they cross to become Lightbearers as well and hopefully raise the collective consciousness of the planet. In the 21st century they discover a terrible secret for which they are assassinated and must return to resolve the conflict.

They can determine when they return and their genders, but they cannot predetermine their identities so they have to pick a place a time and a signal by which they can identify each other. They to meet in 20 years to resolve the conflict.

He will sit under a tree near the computer science building at UCLA singing “Imagine” by John Lennon. They find each other but not without a hitch.

The culmination were two great and devastating world wars and finally Armageddon, the war that ended all wars, followed by a thousand years of peace; and finally the appearance of Christ to establish his everlasting Kingdom on earth.

Tom and Hannah Stevens had no idea what they were up against when Tom took the position as research analyst on a major government project. The risks this project posed kept mounting as his research continued. Tom knew that his findings were not what Jack Atler, the president’s right hand man, wanted to hear. Deimos was keeping a close eye on Tom from the shadows. He couldn’t get too close.

Tom was under Andros’ protection. Everywhere Tom went those white wings flashed across the road ahead of him watching his every step. All Deimos could do was hide in the shadows and report what he saw to his master. What was it about this particular project that drew the attention of these warriors? Jack knew the dangers this project posed. He was there when a similar project failed miserably in Russia.

Failure was inevitable. That’s what he was counting on. He knew that the failure of this project would leave the President looking like a hero when he came to the rescue of the people. Somaron and Wolfore had whispered in his ear time and again what a hero he’d be. He would be the one that made this buffoon of a man look like a shining star. Tom Stevens was Jack’s only roadblock. At least that was what he thought. Jack failed to see the battle that was going on in the shadows beyond the world he knew. He didn’t see the blackness that the shadows hid from his sight. He failed to see the glints of life that flashed in the light.

A great battle was brewing beyond what he could see. It was a battle that would decide the fate of the world and no matter which way it fell; Jack’s world would never be the same.

In her new book, “34” (published by Balboa Press), author Debra Fulton pens the nonfiction account of the growth of her youngest daughter as a medium, as well as the realization of her own acute psychic gift. She shares many of the personal events and spiritual discoveries they’ve had.

“I was inspired to write this book after having trouble keeping track of all the paranormal events starting to take place in my home,” Fulton explains. “Also, I felt ‘guided’ to explain my own spiritual journey evolving at the same time.” “34” is her way to organize and document these occurrences, as many were layered with past experiences.

An excerpt from the chapter entitled “Watching”:

I am four. I am sitting on the wooden floor in my bedroom in front of the closet door playing with some toys from my laundry basket toy box. As I inspect the green plastic dairy truck with a slot in the top for coins, I feel her looking at me. She is to my right, somewhere near the foot of my bed, just looking at me. I can’t see her but I know who she is – my grandmother. She was my mom’s mom who died back in 1948 from ovarian cancer. Even at this age, I wonder if this is imagination, then I decide it’s not. This would be only the beginning of a connection to a person I had never met, but felt I had thoroughly known somehow. An overwhelming comfort comes through me and I know that she is watching over me. I love her.

“I think many people today are open to the possibilities of activity in realms that we cannot see with our eyes,” Fulton says. “It is a testament to the progress in the last decade from a stark contrast of what is ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ to a consideration of what might be possible. Questioning what we really believe is essential to personal growth.”

Stepping Out Of Addiction which is inspired from my personal true life events. I have lived the life of being bound by control substances, as well as experienced the trials and tribulations in which one may encountered, fearing there was no hope or way out. So when I say that I have written a book that identify with most of society in one way or another, its a fact and not fiction. Most people think that there is no hope or help– but there is.

This book gives a strong sense of redirection, and it helps individuals to make positive, meaningful, and major changes in there life, so that one can live a fruitful life. This book offer individuals a sense of total victory and every lasting changes in their lives without being bias, judgmental, nor does it discriminate.

Bottom line everyone deserves a chance to live a fruitful life, and have total victory.
