Septimity and The Blood Brotherhood

Septimity and the Blood BrotherhoodSeptimity and The Blood Brotherhood

It has taken a long while but finally, the third and last Glothic Tale has been told. It’s nearly a year and a half since I started on this last episode in a saga that started with a sequel, was followed by the prequel and now finally it all comes together as a trilogy. So what is it all about? Well, if you have read HAL, you will have met Septimity already as he kindly took HAL in as a house guest for a while before shooting him back to Erde, and to a robbery that went wrong then didn’t. If you haven’t read HAL, this last piece of information is probably a bit confusing, so perhaps you’d better read that before trying this story. Anyway, here’s a brief explanation about their final Glothic Tale.

Long after HAL and February The Fifth, the Gregorian Royal Family gene pool has degenerated so badly that the next Supreme Potentate of Gloth is destined to be be a boy idiot, whose father died racing him to the Palace garden. His father won the race by jumping from the Palace roof screaming, ‘I win! I win!’ just before meeting his death on a brick pathway alongside a beautiful bed of roses.

The death however, finally provides Septimity and his six brothers the chance to enact Ichor. Planned for eons, their dream is to return a pure blood Glothian to the position of Supreme Potentate and rid Gloth of all the embarrassing Erdean monkey genes that had infected their planet for almost ever.

However as is the way with plans, not everything goes as it was envisaged and as Septimity discovers, the very best way to handle major plan problems is to leave them all until tomorrow and get on with enjoying breakfast.

Join Septimity in this third and final Glothic Tale and have a fun filled giggle around the galaxy.

Septimity is available in paperback also.

Buongiorno Sir Derek! And congratulations on the completion of your trilogy! I thoroughly enjoyed Feb and HAL. I’m very much looking forward to ‘Septimity’ as I’m quite sure it will be an excellent read as well. Perfect for an overcast and threatening day such as today :)

Congratulations, Derek, but I am sure your trilogy is not finished. Trilogy a la Douglas Adams comes in five parts, right? I enjoyed Feb the Fifth … the book made me smile all the way. :-)
