Preferred submission formats.
Electronic files are preferred. Most file types are acceptable, although rtf (Rich Text Format) is recommended for flexible cross platform use. If you wish to submit hard printed copy it must be double line spaced with 35mm margins.

2 US cents per word for proofreading.
3 US cents per word for copyediting.
Minimum charge US$25.00
10% discount for self-publishing authors.
